By using Birikte services (web and mobile applications), you agree to these terms. The service is designed for families, couples, housemates, or small groups living together to manage shared budgets, savings, and debt tracking.

Account

Users are responsible for account security. Use by children under 13 must be under parental supervision. You can delete your account from within the application; deletion cannot be undone.

Subscription and Payment

On the free plan, limits on members, wallets, and active challenges apply; ads may be displayed. Family Pro lifts these limits; a short narrative summary (AI summary) generated on a local server may be provided for monthly reports. This text is not financial advice. Payment channels depend on the platform: Apple In-App Purchase on iOS, and PayTR on Android and web. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are subject to the terms of the respective store or payment provider. iOS subscriptions are managed via App Store account settings.

Advertising and Analytics

On the free plan, advertisements may be displayed via Google AdMob. Usage statistics are collected using Firebase / Google Analytics. These processes are detailed in our privacy policy and consent notice.

Intellectual Property

The name Birikte, its logo, design, software, and content belong to TrionEDK and are protected by copyright. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute these assets other than for personal and non-commercial use. The data entered into the application by users (expenses, savings, notes, etc.) belongs to the user and is processed by Birikte solely for service delivery.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, for unauthorized access to other users' data, or in a manner that disrupts the system. Admins may remove family members; the household founder membership cannot be closed without transfer.

Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of a breach of these terms or applicable laws, Birikte reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with prior notice or immediately in cases of severe violation. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Birikte is not an accounting or investment advisory service. Report summaries (rule-based or local models) are purely reflections of your logged entries; they do not constitute investment, credit, or tax advice. Wallet amounts and gold (gram) tracking are recorded as entered by the user; market prices are not displayed. Birikte does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birikte cannot be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service Changes

Birikte reserves the right to modify service features, plan contents, and pricing with prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published. In paid subscription changes, existing terms apply until the end of the current billing cycle.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
